Executive Team


  • Philip M. Mustain – Chairman of the Board
    Phillip Mustain has over 25 years of experience managing operations, sales and marketing for companies in the Internet, wireless and video markets. Mr. Mustain was a founder and CEO of FrontBridge Technologies, Inc., where he led the company from its inception and created the basis for the company to be acquired by Microsoft in 2005. Prior to FrontBridge, Mr. Mustain served as the Chief Operating Officer for Wireless Holdings, Inc. where he developed the company as a high-speed wireless Internet access service provider leading the company to its acquisition by Sprint. Prior to Wireless Holdings, Mr. Mustain was the owner and General Partner of Bay Area Cablevision. Inc., and successfully completed its sale to Videotron, Inc. of Canada. His initial career experience was in the networking and computer industry, including Vice President of Marketing and Sales and General Manager of International Operations for WICAT Systems, Inc.
 
  • David J. Cohen – President & CEO
    David Cohen has over 25 years of business building and executive management experience and has co-founded several start-ups throughout his career. Prior to joining Mobolize, Mr. Cohen was Senior Vice President of Business Development at Vantage Media. His most recent start-up was FrontBridge Technologies, Inc. where Mr. Cohen was responsible for the strategy, creation and management of worldwide revenue as well as its entire partner program. After FrontBridge was acquired by Microsoft, Mr. Cohen held responsibility for global business development for Microsoft’s Hosted Exchange. Mr. Cohen has also held positions as General Manager of Videotron’s US Tacoma operation; Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for CME Information Services; Western Regional Manager at WICAT, as well as experience at Sun Microsystems and Sperry. 
 
  • William Chow – Chief Technical Officer
    William Chow is an expert in networking, virtualization, and security technologies, with over 17 years experience in leading multiple startups. Most recently, he served as Chief Architect at Troika Networks, a VC-backed company acquired by Qlogic Corp, which developed the industry's first "intelligent" SAN (storage area network) switch. As a pioneer in storage virtualization, Mr. Chow has helped author numerous industry standards (T11, InfiniBand) and played a key role in OEM business development. Prior to Troika, Mr. Chow was Security Architect at Stamps.com, where he joined as one of its first employees and helped launch the service that enabled its successful IPO. Mr. Chow has also served as a software architect at Compaq, Tandem Computers, and Locus Computing. Mr. Chow is a named inventor on 11 patents (8 issued, 3 pending) and has a B.S. in Computer Science from UCLA.
 
  • Vikki Yaller Radow – Senior Vice President, Field Operations
    Vikki Yaller Radow has more than 20 years of experience in the technology field with broad and deep responsibilities in sales, marketing, client services, account management, product development, technical support services, and operations. Prior to joining Mobolize, Ms. Radow held titles of Vice President Operations, Vice President Client Services and Vice President Client Development at Fortune 500 companies including Viacom, Northrop Grumman, Yahoo and Microsoft as well as start-ups including GeoCities, eHobbies and FrontBridge, Inc. Ms. Radow is credited with “virtual support” concepts that are still in existence today at the Help site for Yahoo. She was also one of only three executive management team members that grew FrontBridge from an early start up through to the eventual sale to Microsoft in 2005.
 
  • Patrick S. Moore – Vice President, Sales and Marketing
    Patrick Moore has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to Mobolize, his most recent positions have been VP, Americas for global software tools company, Four J’s Development Tools, and VP, Global Alliances and Government Markets for ANTs Software Inc. Milestones in Mr. Moore’s career have been building the revenue engines that resulted in two successful IPOs, by ISOCOR and Opus360, and the acquisition of two start-up companies by public companies: Interactive Systems by Sun Microsystems and Softway Systems by Microsoft. Having developed and implemented winning sales and marketing programs for both technology products and consulting and professional services companies, Mr. Moore has specialized in accelerating revenue through global distribution channels and strategic partnerships, with emphasis (in order of experience) on markets in North America, Japan and the Far East, Europe and Latin America. Mr. Moore, who lives in Southern California, is a graduate of Stanford University and speaks both Spanish and Portuguese fluently.
 
  • Lisa Murphy – Vice President, Strategic Development
    Lisa Murphy has over 16 years of experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining the Mobolize team, Ms. Murphy held positions at Microsoft, CMGI, and Keane, Inc. She has an extensive background in business and strategic development, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, she has worked as an independent consultant providing guidance on business development and strategy for companies in a variety of industries, including software development, biodiesel trade, fashion, media and mobile. She has led business planning, acquisitions and negotiations in over 15 countries spanning 5 continents.
