Mobile World Congress 2016 Recap

 In Blogs & Bloggers

We’re back from a very productive week at Mobile World Congress. This year there were over 100,000 attendees — not surprising if you saw the massive crowd heading into the show every day. Fortunately, GSMA did a fantastic job organizing the event and making sure everything ran smoothly. We had a lot of really good meetings with both our partners and prospective clients.

We started off Mobile World Congress with a press event (MobileFocus Global), which was put together by the lovely people at Pepcom. Once the event started up we were busy right up until the very end.
Then our founder & CTO, Will Chow, took the stage for Mobile World Congress’ Network Security panel. We were very pleased with the audience turnout and it was definitely an eye-opener for many people. There are so many vulnerabilities that affect smartphones today and, if it’s not something you pay attention to on a regular basis, it can be quite shocking.

If you weren’t able to attend in person, Will’s presentation can be seen in the video below. You can also check out , which has a lot of great thoughts from Will & others.
